When buying in a store
If you want to return or complain about a Smedbo product that you bought in a store from one of our retailers, you should always contact the store where you bought the product so they can check it and then exchange or return the product. This also applies if you bought the product from a retailer’s webshop.
In the event of a complaint, the retailer / store then takes the matter on to Smedbo.
If you have bought the product in of our webshops please contact the local Smedbo webshop where the product was purchased.
