Why doesn’t my towel warmer with timer work?

Our towel warmers with timer have an overheating protection. If too many towels are hung on the warmer, the overheating protection is activated and the towel warmer switches off to avoid overheating. Turn off the towel warmer, lift off some towels and let the towel warmer “rest” for about 15 minutes. When the towel warmer has cooled down, it is ready to use again.
