Why is the soap sometimes discolored when it comes out of the soap pump?
Discolorations can be caused by the pH value of the soap. Soaps with a high pH value react with the metal and allow the soap to turn brown if the pump has not been used for a while. Use a mild and pH-neutral soap instead.

Is it possible to turn a toilet paper holder so that it hangs on the left?
No, unfortunately, the design is hung on the right, but on the other hand, Beslagsboden’s self-adhesive toilet paper holder can be turned both right and left.

What should I do if the pump head on the soap pump is stuck and it is not possible to pump?
This is usually because soap residues have dried inside the pump. Rinse the pump with warm water when changing the soap and the pump mechanism will last longer.
